What is involved?

This Work Group is a Research and Innovation Work Group. We will explore and discuss relevant research. We will discuss different pedagogies and task which may impact learning. Innovation is encouraged. The specific focus will be on how oracy strategies can impact disadvantaged pupils understanding of mathematics.

We will explore how verbalising thinking, using representations, can impact on learning and effective teaching.

Participants will attend the collaborative sessions and then reflect on the impact of pedagogies/tasks in the classroom.
